Hi Mel, Did 'out of town' take you anywhere nice? Yes, the students were trying out Corel Painter and I thought it was such an exciting programme that I bought it. This is my first attempt and it's 'painted' with a graphics tablet which makes life a bit easier. But the programme allows you to use just about any media you like on any paper surface you could think of. Jay was just chillin' across the table reading a good book so seemed a perfect subject.
Wow … I’m impressed with your first attempt using Corel Painter. I’ve been learning all about Photoshop Elements 6 and am amazed at what can be done with the tools there … in fact, have been so busy I’ve not done much blog ‘visiting’ for a while but am trying to catch up today. Hope all’s well with you and yours. Hugs and blessings,

alas, out of town was a business conference for Mark, but I did have a nice dinner out, and a break from the routine!
